1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsoniq Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Pulsoniq", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data.

We are the data controller responsible for your personal data:

"Personal data" means any information that relates to you as an identifiable individual — for example your name, address, email address, or information about how you use our website.

This policy applies to:

• our reservation website at presale.pulsoniq.com, where you can pay a small, non-refundable deposit to secure access to preferential pricing for our crowdfunding campaign;
• your interactions with our crowdfunding campaign and the collection of your reward details after the campaign closes; and
• the fulfilment and delivery of products to you.

Because we are established in Singapore, our baseline obligations are set by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). Where you are located in another country — including the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand — additional local data protection rights may apply to you, and we address the main ones in Section 9.

2. The personal data we collect

2.1 When you simply visit presale.pulsoniq.com

When you use our website for information purposes only — without reserving, registering, or otherwise providing information — your browser automatically transmits certain technical data to our servers, which we need in order to display the site and keep it stable and secure:

• your IP address;
• the date and time of the request;
• the content of the request (the page or file requested);
• the volume of data transferred; and
• information about your browser and operating system.

2.2 When you place a reservation deposit on presale.pulsoniq.com

If you reserve access to preferential campaign pricing, we collect the information needed to process that reservation, which may include your name, email address, contact details, and billing/delivery information. The deposit payment itself is processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not collect or store your full card number. Please note that this deposit is a non-refundable fee that secures preferential pricing; it is not a product purchase.

2.3 When you back our crowdfunding campaign

If you back our campaign on the crowdfunding platform, the platform collects your pledge and payment information under its own terms of use and privacy policy, and payment is processed by Stripe. We receive only limited backer information back from the platform — typically your name, email address, and pledge/reward tier, and (closer to fulfilment) your shipping address. Your relationship with the crowdfunding platform, and its handling of your data, is governed by that platform's own policies, which we encourage you to read.

2.4 When you confirm your details after the campaign

After the campaign closes, we use a third-party pledge-management provider to collect and confirm the details we need to fulfil your reward. This may include your name, delivery address, contact details, chosen reward, and any add-ons.

2.5 When your reward is shipped

To deliver your product, we share the necessary delivery information (your name, delivery address, and contact details, and an email address where a carrier offers delivery notifications) with a third-party fulfilment provider and with the shipping carrier handling your delivery.

2.6 When you contact us

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we store the information you provide — such as your email address, name, and (if you provide it) your telephone number — in order to respond to your enquiry.

2.7 If you register an account with us

If you create an account, we collect only the information you choose to share, which may include:

• your first and last name, and any title or username;
• your login details (email address and a password you choose);
• your contact details, such as postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses; and
• any further information about you or your interests that you choose to share.

3. How and why we use your personal data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide our services and fulfil our commitments to you — processing your reservation, pledge, or order, confirming your details, and arranging manufacture and delivery of your product.
• To communicate with you — responding to enquiries, and sending you service messages about your reservation, pledge, or delivery.
• To keep our services secure and prevent fraud — protecting our website, detecting and preventing fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
• To analyse and improve our services — understanding how our website is used (see Section 4).
• For marketing — sending you marketing communications where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so (see Section 11).
• To comply with our legal obligations — including tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

Legal bases (for EEA / UK users). Where the GDPR (or the UK GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you (or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business, where these are not overridden by your rights; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with a legal obligation. For Singapore users, we rely on your consent and on the other bases permitted under the PDPA.

4. Cookies and similar tracking technologies

4.1 About cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device that allow a website to recognise your browser and remember certain information. We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies (such as web pixels and local storage) to make our services work, keep them secure, remember your preferences, measure our marketing, and improve our services.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. You can manage your choices at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in our website footer.

4.2 Categories of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary cookies — essential for the website to function and to provide secure access. These cannot be disabled and are not used for marketing.
• Functional cookies — remember your choices and preferences to provide enhanced features. Disabling these may reduce functionality.
• Performance / analytics cookies — collect information about how you use our site so we can improve it. These are not used to target you with advertising. You can disable these via the cookie manager.
• Advertising / targeting cookies — used to make advertising more relevant to you and to measure our campaigns. You can disable these via the cookie manager.

4.3 Analytics

We use a third-party web analytics service, currently Google Analytics, to understand and improve how our website is used. You can opt out via our cookie manager, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4.4 Advertising

We advertise our campaign using the following platforms, which may set cookies and use pixels on our site to measure and target advertising:

• Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), using the Meta Pixel. We may also create "custom" and "lookalike" audiences: to do this, a list of email addresses is irreversibly encrypted (hashed) before being shared with Meta, which matches it against its own users to build an audience. We do not receive the identities of people in a lookalike audience. You can manage ad personalisation in Meta's ad settings, and opt out of advertising cookies via our cookie manager.
• LinkedIn Ads, using the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which helps us measure campaign performance and show relevant ads. You can manage LinkedIn ad settings in your LinkedIn account, and opt out of advertising cookies via our cookie manager.

4.5 Web pixels and other tracking technologies

We use conversion pixels to measure when you reach a particular page or complete an action (for example, submitting a form), and we may collect "clickstream" data such as your device type, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages viewed, and access times. We may also use JavaScript, entity tags, and HTML5 local storage to help our site perform and function.

4.6 "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, our site does not currently respond to them. However, for users in US states that require it, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data (see Section 9.4).

5. When we share your personal data

We share your personal data only where permitted by the PDPA and applicable local law, and only to the extent necessary. We may share it with:

• Payment providers — Stripe, to process your deposit or pledge payment. We share only the information necessary to process payment. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
• The crowdfunding platform — which processes pledges and payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Our pledge-management provider — to collect and confirm the details needed to fulfil your reward.
• Our fulfilment provider and shipping carriers — to package and deliver your product.
• Analytics and advertising providers — as described in Section 4.
• Technical and IT service providers — including our e-commerce platform provider, who host and support our website. These providers may only process your data on our instructions.
• Authorities and other third parties — where we are required to do so by law, court order, or a lawful request, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Where we engage service providers who process your data outside your country, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection (see Section 6).

6. International transfers of your data

We are based in Singapore, and some of our service providers (including analytics and advertising providers, and payment infrastructure) are located in the United States or other countries. This means your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your own country.

• Under the PDPA, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any recipient of your personal data outside Singapore is bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
• For personal data protected by the EU or UK GDPR, where we transfer data to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum / International Data Transfer Agreement, as applicable).

7. How long we keep your personal data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our contractual and legal obligations and to defend against legal claims.

• We are generally required by Singapore law (including tax and company record-keeping requirements) to retain transaction and accounting records for five years, after which we delete or anonymise them.
• If you close your account, we will delete the data we hold about you, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain data (for example, to comply with the retention obligation above, or for the duration of applicable limitation periods). Where data must be retained, we restrict access to it and use it only for the specific permitted purpose.

8. How we protect your personal data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. In particular, information relating to your reservation, order, and account login is transmitted securely using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption.

9. Your rights

9.1 Rights available to everyone

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data;
• request restriction of, or object to, our processing;
• request data portability; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, where our processing is based on consent (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@pulsoniq.com. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on your request. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

9.2 Singapore (PDPA)

If you are in Singapore, the PDPA gives you the right to access and correct your personal data, and to withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of it. We collect, use, and disclose your personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate and, where required, that you have consented to.

We maintain measures to protect your data and will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission of any data breach where required under the PDPA's data breach notification obligation. We do not conduct telephone or SMS marketing, so no Do Not Call registration is required to stop such messages from us.

9.3 EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the rights set out in Section 9.1 under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and the legal bases we rely on are described in Section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the EEA, this may be the authority in your country of residence; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider contacting us before you do so.

9.4 United States (California and other states)

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

• know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioural (targeted) advertising; and
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The categories of personal information we may collect are described throughout Section 2 and include identifiers (such as name, email, and IP address), commercial information (such as reservations and pledges), and internet/network activity (such as how you interact with our site and ads).

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and our creation of custom/lookalike audiences (Section 4.4) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws. To opt out:

• use the "Manage Cookies" link in our footer to opt out of cookie-based sharing on your device;
• email enquiries@pulsoniq.com to make an access, deletion, or correction request, or to ask us to stop other forms of sharing (such as uploading your email to an advertising platform); and/or
• enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we will treat as an opt-out request.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorised agent where the law allows.

9.5 Other countries (including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand)

If you are located in a country with its own data protection or privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law. Please contact us at enquiries@pulsoniq.com and we will respond in accordance with the applicable law.

10. Children's data

Our website and services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we may have collected data from a child, please contact us at enquiries@pulsoniq.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Marketing communications

Where you have consented, or where we are otherwise permitted, we may send you marketing communications by email about our products and campaign. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at enquiries@pulsoniq.com. We do not conduct telephone or SMS marketing.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our services or changes in legal or regulatory requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
