This website (presale.pulsoniq.com) takes only a reservation deposit that secures your access to preferential pricing for our crowdfunding campaign. No product is shipped from this website. The product (the Pulsoniq 7) is produced and delivered through our crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter after the campaign concludes.
Fulfilment is expected to begin around February 2027. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — as with any crowdfunding project, production and delivery timelines can change, and we will keep backers updated through the campaign. Orders are fulfilled through a third-party fulfilment provider and shipping carrier.
We plan to ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Additional destinations may be offered and confirmed when you provide your shipping details after the campaign; some destinations may be unavailable.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping is not included in your reservation deposit or pledge. It is calculated based on your delivery destination and charged separately — typically when you confirm your shipping address after the campaign closes.
You are responsible for all import taxes, duties, VAT/GST, customs charges, and other fees that apply to your delivery destination. These are not included in your deposit, pledge, or shipping charge. You are the importer of record, and these charges may be billed to you by the carrier or your local customs authority before your product can be delivered. Failure to pay them may delay or prevent delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a delivery fails or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-shipping costs may be charged to you.
The Pulsoniq 7 contains a lithium-ion battery. Some carriers and destinations apply restrictions to shipments containing lithium batteries, which may affect the shipping method or availability of delivery to certain locations.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country, including any rights relating to loss of or damage to goods in transit. Where such rights apply, they apply in full.
